As a serial entrepreneur for the past 12 years, I have had some really intense experiences related to startups.
From founding the company, to attracting investment, scaling up and selling, expanding overseas, and establishing the organizational culture, I have been fortunate to have multiple opportunities to grow alongside the rapidly growing startup cycle.
Based on these experiences, I want to be an investor who can best understand the mind of the founder and truly empathize with various ups and downs. There are many investors who can invest money, but I think it is rare to find a VC who can give courage to the founder when he is discouraged and become a true thought partner when he is at a strategic crossroads.
The meaning of Bass Investment was born in this context. We aim to be a bassist who can help the main character of the band shine more by making pace behind the scenes. Bass Investment will accompany the founders on their long and sometimes lonely journey and help them shine the brightest on stage.
