For the past 12 years, I have been working as a serial entrepreneur, going through some truly intense experiences in the startup world.

From founding companies and raising investments to scaling, selling, expanding overseas, and establishing company culture, I’ve been lucky enough to experience many opportunities to grow side by side with rapidly scaling startups throughout their cycles.

With these experiences, I hope to become an investor who truly understands founders' perspectives and can genuinely relate to all their ups and downs. While many investors provide funding, I believe it’s rare to find a VC who will encourage founders in tough times or be a true thought partner at major crossroads.

That’s precisely the inspiration behind the name BASS Ventures. Like a bassist who helps the lead performer shine from behind the scenes, we strive to be the steady presence supporting founders. We’re here to walk with founders through their long and sometimes lonely journey—helping early-stage founders shine the brightest on their own stage.

From founding companies to fundraising, scaling, M&A, global expansion, and establishing organizational culture—I have been fortunate to grow alongside multiple fast-scaling startups, navigating through every stage of their lifecycle.

With these experiences, I strive to be an investor who truly understands the mindset of founders and genuinely empathizes with the ups and downs of their journey. While there are many investors who can deploy capital, few can stand by founders when they feel discouraged or serve as a true thought partner at critical crossroads .

This belief is deeply embedded in the very name BASS Ventures . Just as a bassist in a band plays a crucial role in setting the rhythm and enhancing the performance of the lead musicians, we aim to be the steady, behind-the-scenes force that helps founders shine.
